This item is not intended to be used outside of the United States due to voltage differences. In the United States and Canada, the voltage is 110v and in most other countries the voltage is 220v. If an item states that it is Dual Voltage, the appliance still needs to be used with an adapter and possibly a converter. However, in some cases, our customers have used these items that do not state that it is Dual Voltage, and the appliance has worked using an adapter and converter. We do not recommend this and cannot honor the warranty for use internationally if the item becomes damaged after use.
