We ship every business day so the products will reach your doorsteps within 1 to 7 business days depending on the time of order and shipping method selected at the time of purchase.

What is your international orders, shipping and return policy?

All international orders are subject to local tariffs, customs and postage fees. All local postage fees and duties should be researched and paid for by the buyer. All electrically powered items are "UL" certified and were designed to work with 110 Volt US standard plug. If buyer intends to use outside of the continental USA, a plug adapter and a volt converter to 110 volt must be used.

Returned merchandise will be issued a refund less our shipping charge.

We accept PayPal VISA, Discover, MasterCard and Amex. How will I know that you've received my purchase order? Once order is placed, New Trend Beauty sends an email to confirm that we have received your order.

Is it possible to track my order?

What is your return policy?

1. Unused items may be returned within 45 days of receiving your item with receipt.

2. Please provide a note with a reason for return and contact information.

3. All returns must be packaged securely, otherwise they will not be accepted - insurance recommended.

4. Used items covered by manufacturer's warranty should be sent directly to the manufacturer.

5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

6. 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

7. Insufficient addressed, unclaimed and refused packages will be issued a refund minus our shipping cost and 15% handling fee.
