This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and not damage due to misuse or improper care of the product. This warranty is only available in the continental United States. Attach a check or money order in the amount of $22.95 for shipping and handling along with your purchase receipt and product. You should receive your replacement product within 5-7 business days.

Should I meet any criteria to avail of warranty?
To receive replacement or refund within the said time-frame, it is vital for the buyers to abide by manufacturers criteria. Apart from the proof of payment, the buyers must return the product with original packaging, original intact UPC barcode, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), original packing slip, all related accessories of products and manufacturer documentation by way of manuals, warranty cards, registration information etc. If a particular returned product fails to meet any of these criteria, then its RMA will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to buyers at their own cost.
All international orders are subject to local tariffs, customs and postage fees and are paid by buyers. All returned items to New Trend Beauty will be subject to 15% restocking fee or shipping cost (whichever is greater). Return shipping is paid by buyer.
